Meredith Fenton, CMHC, LPC, NCC holds certifications from The Gottman Institute and the Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing International Association. She regularly utilizes, upon collaboration with her patients, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and HeartMath. Meredith graduated from Michigan State and Northwestern University with honors. She has previously published research on Reducing the Misdiagnosis of Bipolar Disorder, and Self-care Strategies for Alzheimer's Caregivers.
